The reward balance displayed in the App does not mean that funds have been transferred to the user's PayPal account. Users may request a payout only after meeting the applicable withdrawal requirements.

In countries or regions where PayPal payouts are supported, users may request a payout to a PayPal account capable of receiving payments. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete recipient account information.
11.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by country or region and are displayed on the App's withdrawal page. The minimum withdrawal amount applicable to each country or region will be no less than USD 0.01 or its equivalent in local currency. Users may submit a withdrawal request only after reaching the applicable minimum amount and meeting any other applicable withdrawal requirements.

To process withdrawal requests, we collect and use the PayPal recipient account information provided by users and related withdrawal records.
